COLOR CRITIQUE FOR JESSICA
4. The pop color is the gray one the tombstone. It is well balanced in this picture. Rule of third, vertical format, curvilinear lines and converging lines. The picture shows a person lied in side with the fully devout attitude to the God, silently and peacefully. The blur background tells that the past life is all nihility. At the end everyone will be a box of dust.
5. Even though the four colors are interlaced, it still has some art and aesthetics. Different colors and threads go different ways but at last they make a whole ball which is mellow and full. It shows a kind of multivariate and inclusive spirit of society.
6. Sumless of straws contribute a big one. Every individual has its own color. But when they get together, they make a small but colorful world. It used rule of third and well balanced. The colorful straws make you have the desire to try the drinks. Maybe the owner of the straws is a person with a colorful life even she never uses single color straw. What a colorful life!
7. Dandelion!!! The pop color of this picture is white. And background is green. It is well balanced. I love this picture. It shows the strength in the as weak as dandelion. Smashed into pieces but every small piece is a hope of the future. It will be in full bloom somewhere and someday. Destroy means the rebirth. I love this spirit.
8. Color crayon! This picture takes advantage of white background to show the colors of crayon. It well balanced. Different colors can draw different stories and different worlds. From the crayon, I can feel children's curiousness to the colorful word.
9. When I saw this picture, I felt hungry. It well balanced. If I would take this picture, I would like to change the angle. I prefer to shoot from the top of the cake. So it will show the big piece of cream and a round of strawberry and a round of bread. At the left corner, there is something blue which is the flaw of this picture. But it is still good!.
